Shipments and Returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 24hours after receipt of payment during normal business hours and are shipped via DHL or UPS (Express Service with Tracking) or Royal Mail, EMS, HKP (Airmail Service). All deliveries require Signature upon receipt
On average Express Parcels via DHL or UPS take between 2-4 Working days. (remote locations may take longer). Airmail generally takes between 5-14 working days.
Special deliveries can be arranged. And cash on Delivery can also be arranged anywhere within the M25. (A deposit will be required)
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return or Exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unopened in original packaging with any security labels intact and with all documentation including a copy of the Invoice of purchase. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding any Delivery charges. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. All returned goods must be sent to our Distribution centre in China, returned goods cannot be accepted in the UK.
1) Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have agreed otherwise.
2) Goods cannot be refunded if any Security tags/labels are broken or if there is any sign of misuse. Please consult us before returning
3 )The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
